Several years ago, Jay found himself on the verge of death. In his thirties, Jay developed chronic and uncontrolled hypertension which led to stage two renal disease and congestive heart failure. He was literally on the verge of death. This is when he decided to take control of his health.
In three months, Jay had completely reversed his congestive heart failure and renal disease by embracing a holistic approach to health.
